Why do I get a "Post-processing failed" error when I try to publish a Viewer?

Due to a software update, older files in the Tridify BIM Publishing Service may cause problems when publishing them, causing the error “post-processing failed”. These files must be uploaded again and processed before the Viewer can be published.

TIP: If you do not have access to the original file you can download it from our Service. To do this, go to your Project, click the More options menu (three dots) next to your file and select Download original IFC.
